HOW DOES YOUR DELIVERY SERVICE WORK?
We know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect them, especially if you have ordered something for a special occasion. All stall holders are briefed on providing good customer service and so each and every stall will endeavor to get your purchase to you as soon as possible.
Because each stall holder may have different methods of distribution - the delivery times will more than likely range - but it is important to note that we emphasise with all our stall holders that purchasers must receive their goods between 3 - 5 working days to ensure customers have a satisfactory shopping experience.
If you are ordering from a stall holder that doesn't reside in the same country then please expect a longer delivery time.
HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED OUT YET?
As soon as your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation - this notification is also sent to the stall holder, which will prompt immediate delivery. It is expected that where possible your goods will be sent the same day as purchase.
Some stall holders may provide a track and trace service in which case you'll be provided with those relevant details for you to check on delivery progress
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ITEM?
This can vary based on the delivery method that the seller has provided. as well as where the item is being delivered from or to. Deliveries within New Zealand will normally be quicker than international deliveries, depending on the shipping method chosen. Some sellers use shipping services that will allow you to track the delivery. Ask the seller if there is a tracking number you can use.
MY ITEM HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If an item has not been received after a set period of time you should first contact the seller to find out the reason why you have not received the item. As a last resort you should raise a dispute through PayPal. The Little Big Markets is not involved in any part of the shipping process but will help where possible with shipping or delivery inquiries.
ARE THERE EXCESS CHARGES ON ITEMS FROM INTERNATIONAL SELLERS?
If you are an overseas buyer you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by you; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to county, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from a stall at The Little Big Markets, you are considered the importer of the item and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you have made purchases from multiple stores then those goods will be shipped from different locations, depending on where the stall holders are based. It is because of this that some of your purchases may arrive within 3 days for example but you may receive your final package a day later due to a greater distance it may have had to travel.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Items must be returned to the seller you purchased the item from, not The Little Big Markets. You should always contact the stall before returning an item to ensure they're prepared to accept and refund or exchange your return based off our Delivery and Returns policy, which is;
EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
All products online at The Little Big Markets are of a broad nature and range from brand new to pre-loved. Products online with us at The Little Big Markets are also in the possession of the stall holders and so we can only offer the guarantees provided by our stall holders that brand new items are free from any defects. We will gladly encourage stall holders to replace or refund for any defective items you may wish to return.
If your unsatisfied with the fit, quality, colour, or size of an item then contact us and we will endeavor to work with you and the stall holder in order for you to return it and choose an alternative or request a credit note.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING LIMITATIONS:
Item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Items that have been worn, laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
DID YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND?
If you simply wish to exchange or return for credit an item for any reason other than a defective product (see limitations above), you are responsible for all shipping charges and The Little Big Markets hold no responsibility over lost returns sent on untracked postage or shipping.
WAS IT SOMETHING A STALL HOLDER DID?
Hey, we're only human, so if something was sent that wasn't meant to, then our Stall Holder will take care of the return shipping and send you a replacement item with no additional freight charge.
