HOW DO I BUY FROM MULTIPLE STALLS?

Click on the 'Add to Market Bag' option when taking a closer look at a product you would like to purchase. This item will then be added to your 'Market Bag' - you can then choose to continue shopping to return to the current stall holders page to view more of their product or choose 'Market Stalls' to view other alternatives. Because our stall holders distribute their own product - should you purchase product from multiple stalls you will then become applicable to each stalls shipping rates, which are added on top of or already integrated into the price of a product.  BACK TO TOP


HOW DO I PURCHASE AN ITEM? 

At any point that you have added product to your 'Market Bag' you can choose to progress through to 'Checkout' from either the product description page or simply by clicking the 'Checkout' button on the top right of the website. WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE AN ITEM THAT I BELIEVE TO BE COUNTERFEIT?

If something is described as the real thing and it appears it is in fact counterfeit, then contact us immediately so we can begin the process of implementing your return and refund for that product.  BACK TO TOP


WHAT IS PAYPAL?

PayPal is a secure online payment method, which allows you to pay or get paid quickly and easily without having to share any of your financial information. PayPal remembers your bank details, and keeps them locked up safe - so you don't have to.   BACK TO TOP


HOW DOES PAYPAL WORK WITH THE LITTLE BIG MARKETS?

We use PayPal to process all transactions. At check out, you will be redirected to PayPal to purchase your items. You can set up a PayPal account as part of the checkout process. When you buy an item it creates a PayPal transaction between you and The Little Big Markets for the amount of the item plus shipping. When you enter your payment details the money will be transferred to The Little Big Markets PayPal account.

I CAN'T COMPLETE MY PURCHASE ON PAYPAL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Log in directly to the PayPal site to check your account, if there is still a problem get in touch directly with payPal to find out why the payment has failed.   BACK TO TOP


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PAYPAL PAYMENT TO CLEAR?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ITEM?

This can vary based on the delivery method that the seller has provided. as well as where the item is being delivered from or to. Deliveries within New Zealand will normally be quicker than international deliveries, depending on the shipping method chosen. Some sellers use shipping services that will allow you to track the delivery. Ask the seller if there is a tracking number you can use.   BACK TO TOP


MY ITEM HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If an item has not been received after a set period of time you should first contact the seller to find out the reason why you have not received the item. As a last resort you should raise a dispute through PayPal. The Little Big Markets is not involved in any part of the shipping process but will help where possible with shipping or delivery inquiries.

ARE THERE EXCESS CHARGES ON ITEMS FROM INTERNATIONAL SELLERS?

If you are an overseas buyer you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by you; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to county, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from a stall at The Little Big Markets, you are considered the importer of the item and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.   BACK TO TOP


HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Items must be returned to the seller you purchased the item from, not The Little Big Markets. You should always contact the stall before returning an item to ensure they're prepared to accept and refund or exchange your return based off our Delivery and Returns policy, which is;  BACK TO TOP


EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

All products online at The Little Big Markets are of a broad nature and range from brand new to pre-loved. Products online with us at The Little Big Markets are also in the possession of the stall holders and so we can only offer the guarantees provided by our stall holders that brand new items are free from any defects. We will gladly encourage stall holders to replace or refund for any defective items you may wish to return.

If your unsatisfied with the fit, quality, colour, or size of an item then contact us and we will endeavor to work with you and the stall holder in order for you to return it and choose an alternative or request a credit note.   BACK TO TOP


PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING LIMITATIONS:

Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Items that have been worn, laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.   BACK TO TOP

If you simply wish to exchange or return for credit an item for any reason other than a defective product (see limitations above), you are responsible for all shipping charges and The Little Big Markets hold no responsibility over lost returns sent on un-tracked postage or shipping.  BACK TO TOP


WAS IT SOMETHING A STALL HOLDER DID?

Hey, we're only human, so if something was sent that wasn't meant to, then our Stall Holder will take care of the return shipping and send you a replacement item with no additional freight charge.   BACK TO TOP
